Booked Disability Access room with super comfortable sheets and shower, as example, which I really appreciated. My room included a microwave and a fridge. The location was marvellous and exceptionally nice, to everything I was looking for, convenient to go everywhere. Everyone from the staff was consistently courteous and pleasant.

Cockroach in room. You don't get any more shampoo. And a lot of noise in upstairs rooms x walking.

Hotel was spotless and divine with exceptional staff and unbeatable location near food places. We loved our a double room with super comfortable sheets and a fridge, for instance.

The room is very comfortable in general, although we needed a refrigerator. Maybe it wasn't included in the offer. The location is very good. with many alternatives to its surroundings and all the attractions no more than 20 minutes away.
I would have liked to find a fridge, a bathing cap and a place to hang the towels.

Was in a non smoking room that reeked of cigerette smoke. complained but it did no good. Not insulated for sound very good.
